HR coordinators will be responsible for performing day-to-day activities like preparing offer letters, scheduling interviews, and training.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Obtain and record HR information, manage the HR database
- Coordinate hiring cycle and assisting the company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related issues
- Create and maintain the Human Resource operations
- Conduct all new-hire orientations
- Assist with the development of training material
- Manage HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms
- Coordinate the entire hiring cycle for interns, part-time and full time employees
- Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discuss any problems or grievances they may have
- Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
- Perform additional responsibilities
- One will be required to work for a flexible duration of 5-6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday with a remote working location
Duration: Work from Home for 2 months
