HR Coordinator

HR coordinators will be responsible for performing day-to-day activities like preparing offer letters, scheduling interviews, and training.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and record HR information, manage the HR database 
  • Coordinate hiring cycle and assisting the company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related issues 
  • Create and maintain the Human Resource operations
  • Conduct all new-hire orientations
  • Assist with the development of training material
  • Manage HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms
  • Coordinate the entire hiring cycle for interns, part-time and full time employees
  • Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discuss any problems or grievances they may have
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
  • Perform additional responsibilities
  • One will be required to work for a flexible duration of 5-6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday with a remote working location
