In case of any plagiarism found, Globalshala reserves the right to eliminate the contestant immediately.

Any form of derogatory and disrespectful actions, gestures and words against other participants are strictly prohibited.

Globalshala is automatically granted the right to use the submissions made by the participants in any manner and media, including without limitation.

GlobalShala agrees to give credits to the contestants while using their submission for any purpose.

Globalshala reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and contest details and plans without any prior notice.

Obscene, vulgar, hateful or discriminatory submissions violating any local or international laws are not invited.

Globalshala’s decision would be final. No discussions will be entered into as regards any decision.

Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.

Globalshala reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
