After completing her economics degree and feeling uncertain about her career path, she pursued an internship at Globally Recruit to seek clarity and direction. During this time, she observed the common challenges faced by students, sparking her desire to bridge the gap between students and opportunities. Thus, GlobalShala was founded — with a mission to connect students with paid internships, educational events, and valuable networking opportunities. Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic, GlobalShala became a source of hope, empowering graduates to navigate the uncertain professional landscape with renewed confidence.
